The Trustees of this high end residential building located in the Historic South End of Boston approached us to upgrade the interior finishes and add amenities such as, new mailboxes, package storage areas, display for art, mirrors and in the dog walker’s tie up area. The proposal creates a new central Lobby room as an elegantly paneled wood box, the elevator shaft is wrapped in a flexible stainless steel fabric mesh, and hallways features a shimmering translucent ceiling that filters light into the space. The exterior is refinished with lapped zinc shingles that tie together with other metal clad buildings in this important historical and cultural city district.
